Can I cancel my EVA Air flight?

EVA Air is a Taiwanese airline headquartered at Taoyuan International Airport near Taipei. It has a fleet size of 80. Eva air allows its passengers to cancel their tickets easily. Eva airlines cancellation policy mentions all this:

1. According to Eva airlines cancellation policy 24 hours, if a passenger cancels their flight ticket within 24 hours of the booking and the departure of the flight is more than a week away then the passengers can get a full refund.
2. If a passenger cancels their flight ticket after 24 hours of the booking then a cancellation fee will apply. The fee depends on the fare rule, destination, and class of the ticket.
3. Tickets can be canceled both online through EVA Airline’s website and offline by contacting the customer care center or ticket office. The refund can also be requested through both.
4. The passengers will receive the refund in 7 business days after providing all the required information for a refund. However, payment made by cash or cheque will be refunded after 20 business days.
5. Refund will be given in the original mode of payment which means if the payment is made by card then the passenger will receive the refund in their credit card.
6. A refund is not applicable if the ticket has been reissued.
7. Refund for Award tickets cannot be requested online. Passengers will have to contact the customer care center or ticket office.

• On the home page, you will find the ‘Manage your trip’ option. Click it.
• Now enter either your Infinity Mileage Lands Number or E-Mail Address or Username and password.

• There you can find the cancel option. Click it.
• Follow the instructions given on the screen.
• Confirm your cancellation. You can also request a refund if applicable.
