How To Thai Airways Manage Booking?

You can manage your booking or make any change in your itinerary through Thai Airways manage booking option online on the website. If you want to manage your booking online, you need to follow the given instructions:

•  Go to the website of Thai Airways by visiting the link www.thaiairways.com
•  In the top navigation menu, you need to tap on the MANAGE option
•  Then click on MY BOOKING option in the drop-down menu
•  Now you need to enter the reservation code of the flight booking along with your last name
•  Click on FIND BOOKING button at the bottom
•  Now you will be able to see you booking details
•  You need to select the booking (if there are more than one booking) and then select the option to manage your booking
•  Confirm the action by clicking on the positive response such as YES or OK
• Once you are done with this, you will receive an email or SMS confirming the same. If you have not received the confirmation of the changes you have done, you can see those changes on the website in your booking.

Thai Airways Flight Cancellation Policy

If you are not able to take the flight due to any reason, you are allowed to cancel your flight booking with Thai Airways anytime. Thai Airways cancellation may include the cancellation fee or not depends on the cancellation policy given below:

•  If you have cancelled the flight within 24 hours of the time of flight booking and also the flight was booked at least 7 days prior to the flight departure, you shall not be charged for the cancellation penalty.
•  If you have cancelled the flight after the 24 hours of the flight booking time, you will be charged for the cancellation fee.
•  If you have cancelled the flight which was booked within the 7 days of the scheduled flight departure, there will be a cancellation fee.

Thai Airways Refund Policy

As per the Thai Airways refund policy, if you are paying the fee for the cancellation, you will get the refund credited in your travel bank which can be used for the flight bookings in the future. If the flight cancelled without paying the cancellation fee, you will get the refund credited in your bank account in the original form of payment.
